We started Tensaku Labs because we believe most software problems aren’t solved by building faster. They’re solved by paying closer attention. A form that confuses users. A pipeline that silently drops records. A dashboard no one trusts. These aren’t technical failures. They’re attention failures.
Our approach is simple. Ship something. Watch how it behaves. Fix what’s off. Do it again. That’s the loop, and it works.
