While our studio is based in Los Angeles, we regularly take on projects throughout Southern California and have completed work across the United States. For projects outside our immediate area, we partner with trusted local contractors and consultants to ensure the same level of quality and attention to detail our clients expect.

Our process begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to understand your vision, goals, and budget. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule an in-depth consultation at the project site or our studio. This typically involves reviewing your space, discussing design aspirations, and outlining a preliminary approach. From there, we present a formal proposal with scope, timeline, and fee structure.

Yes. Navigating the permitting process is a core part of our service. We manage all permit applications, zoning reviews, HOA approvals, and regulatory compliance on your behalf. Our team has extensive experience working with the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and other jurisdictions throughout the region.

We offer several engagement models depending on the project: percentage-based fees (typically 12-18% of construction cost) for full-service architecture, fixed fees for defined scopes of work, and hourly rates for consultations and smaller projects. We're transparent about costs from the outset and provide detailed proposals so there are no surprises.
