We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, return the product (even if opened) for a full refund. We cover return shipping on all domestic orders. International returns are accepted but the customer covers shipping.
Yes. All Botanica products are dermatologist-tested and formulated without common irritants. Our Chamomile Clay Mask and Aloe Day Cream are specifically designed for sensitive and reactive skin types. We always recommend a patch test when trying any new product for the first time.
Standard shipping (free on orders over $50) takes 3-5 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-day) is available for $12. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on destination. All orders include tracking.
Absolutely. Every Botanica product is 100% vegan and certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny. We never test on animals at any stage of development. Our Honey Enzyme Mask uses ethically harvested manuka honey from certified sustainable apiaries in New Zealand.

Unopened products last 18-24 months from the date of production. Once opened, we recommend using within 6-9 months for optimal potency. Each product has a batch code and best-by date printed on the bottom. Because we use natural preservatives, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
