Reservation Policies
We want every guest to have the best possible experience. These policies help us serve you well.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the reservation, or no-shows, may incur a $25 per person fee charged to the card on file.
Large Parties
For parties of 8 or more, please contact us directly at events@emberandoak.com or call (512) 955-8700. A prix fixe menu and deposit may be required for groups of 10+.
Dietary Accommodations
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice. Please note any requirements in the special requests field when booking, or call ahead.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. We offer a simplified menu for young diners upon request. High chairs are available.
